AnaLogic Computers Ltd.

The primary aim of its founders is to introduce Visual Computing technology that is significantly more effective than the current state of the art. The devices developed by AnaLogic are based on Cellular Neural/nonlinear Network (CNN) technology, which was the main research subject of the founder scientists during the last ten years.
The cellular visual microprocessor (CVM) has extremely high speed computation capability. Its computational power is in the TeraOPS range. The CVM can capture and evaluate up to ten thousand images in one second, while the current state of the art digital technology can process perhaps a hundred images per second.
AnaLogic Computers is devoting its efforts for the following two areas:
- Developing a family of Cellular Visual Computers (CVC) including its hardware-software environment.
- Developing applications.

Bookfinder Ltd.

Provides extremely user friendly means to find specific books. The database contains information about more than 65.000 books in Hungarian, and more than 5000 Hungarian publishing companies, wholesale dealers and bookstores.

CADMUS Ltd.

CADMUS is a software company specialized in advanced technologies of Computer Aided Geometric Design and Reverse Engineering Shapes. CADMUS' strength is targeted problem solving and software development in areas where large CAD/CAM vendors are not ready to provide appropriate solutions. We also specialise in providing advanced technology based on leading-edge research for the solution of custom problems. CADMUS offers leading expertise in 3D geometric modelling, including the processing of point clouds, meshes, free-form and analytic curves and surfaces, and solids. Applications include industrial styling, automotive and medical surface reconstruction, simulation of lighting for design of reflectors and other components, NC verification and others.

Scope Meetings Co. Ltd.

Scope Meetings Co. Ltd. is the only Hungarian professional conference organiser (PCO) providing full electronic conference management, including electronic paper submission, paper review on the web, electronic publication, on-line registration and payment. More than 200 meetings have been organised so far, including the IFAC World Congress in 1984 with 1500 participants and the UNESCO/ICSU World Conference of Science in 1999 with 2300 participants.

Joint undertakings

The Internet Technologies and Application Department of MTA SZTAKI have joint undertakings with EuroWeb Rt., a Hungarian ISP. The Institute is open to such cooperative efforts. Two such entities exist at the moment.

Hungarian Information House website, a joint undertaking with EuroWeb Rt., one of the Hungary's most significant ISP's. The Hungarian Information House includes a "Company Registry" that contains the most important data about approximately 600,000 Hungarian firms; a unique service that includes a feature called "Bankruptcy Watch Online".

The Hungarian Tourists' Guide an other joint undertaking with EuroWeb Rt., is a rich source of information about accommodation facilities in Hungary, hotels, guest-houses, camping sites, catering services, Hungarian travel agencies and other tourism-related services such as banks, filling stations, theatres etc.
